I'm old enough to remember seeing Norman Rockwell pics on covers of magazines and in other places. This book brought back many memories. It's a BIG HEAVY book, but it's great to see the paintings in large print and with the index in the back that gives information on each one, along with a thumbnail pic for reference. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that this book is enormous and very heavy. Atleast the one I received - there may be different sizes. It is beautiful and brings back memories of a Norman Rockwell book we had growing up. It is indeed the best Norman Rockwell book available and a FANTASTIC historical perspective of the U.S.By Terex66
